Aged Care Team

Growing up in her family-owned aged care facility, caring for others is engrained in Sarah. As a health care and aged care specialist, Sarah has extensive experience and knowledge in leadership, HR, team development, change management and team empowerment. She has experience in design and construction and commissioning new Aged Care homes.

Sarah has extensive Aged Care management and leadership experience in Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK.  Sarah has also travelled internationally as a public speaker and consultant on culture change in aged care.

Camille has worked several years in Aged Care as a Clinical Support Nurse Educator and was a critical part of the Embracia team managing COVID-19 and navigating government policy.

Skilled in Paediatric Critical Care Nursing, Child Development, Leadership and Healthcare Management, Camille is a healthcare and education professional passionate about development and care of children and their families.

Having a strong focus on leadership, people development and creating successful teams has been the key to his success. Working across many operational aspects of aged care and in the development of new homes and centres, Damien has the experience, motivation, and determination to ensure we put people and outcomes at the heart of everything we do. Damien has supported Embracia Victoria’s growth from design, construction and full operation and is a key leader on our new Kyneton developments.

COVID-19, growth and construction of the home and has always put residents and family’s needs at the forefront of what she does.  Catrina is hands on and works closely with staff and has helped develop much of Embracia’s talent pool.  Catrina is so highly regarded and respected at Embracia that in 2022 she became our General Manager for Aged Care and supports the teams at both Embracia Moonee Valley and Embracia Reservoir. She will also be an integral part of commissioning our new Aged Care development in the future when it opens.

As a qualified architect, Rhys has gained experience in the design and development of residential precincts, prestige accommodation, and commercial developments. His passion for architecture and its relationship to function drives his designs to suit the needs of the people we support. Rhys is also our lead architect working with a heritage architect on our Old Kyneton hospital redevelopment.

Brianna’s passion for architecture goes beyond aesthetics; she understands the significance of function and how it directly impacts the people we support. Her designs are driven by the desire to create spaces that meet the unique needs of our residents and children, fostering an environment that promotes well-being and comfort.
